Rates

Please contact Purple Giraffe Transcription Limited to discuss your transcription requirements and we will provide you with an estimate.  If your audio files or DVD transcription are required to be completed overnight or over a weekend, this is at your request and will depend on our availability.  Please note this may incur an additional fee.

• The hourly rate for transcription and proofreading of all genre of work is $55.00 plus GST.
• GST is zero rated for overseas clients.
• Invoices are due for payment 14 days from the date of invoice.
• Invoices are to be paid via internet banking and these details are on our invoice.  We are not set up for credit card payments.

For large projects we may request a deposit 25% of the estimate be paid before transcription is commenced.
