I am a urological surgeon and have been using Purple Giraffe’s services since 2014. Trina and her team are extremely reliable and the quality of transcription is excellent. An added benefit is that I send them my clinic letters in the evening and due to the time difference between New Zealand and the UK, the reports have been completed and returned by the time I arrive at work the following day. I would thoroughly recommend using Purple Giraffe to anyone in the UK. It will certainly improve the speed of sending your letters at a very reasonable cost. Purple Giraffe offer an amazing service.
