Our transcription process uses the following steps:

• Together we’ll discuss the details of your general, legal or medical transcription.
• General transcription is usually transcribed using intelligent verbatim* but sometimes strict verbatim** is required and we need to know this at the outset.
• We’ll send you an email confirming the details we agreed and this is acceptance of your project.  We require you to reply to the email which is your acceptance of the arrangements. We will also send you our terms and conditions for your acceptance.  If required, we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement.
• We’re now ready to commence transcribing and you send us your digital dictation***. Your document is accurately and efficiently transcribed, proofread and returned to you within the timeframe agreed between you and Purple Giraffe.

Job done as easy as that and with everybody happy!

*** your digital dictation can be received as an email attachment or downloaded from a site of your choice.  We transcribe the audio file and return it to you either as an email attachment or uploaded to a site of your choice.
