Rates

Purple Giraffe Transcription Online's rates differ for one-off clients and for return clients - please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can provide you with a more accurate quote. We also offer discount for bulk projects.

If your audio transcription or DVDs are required to be completed overnight or during the weekend the hourly rate quoted to you will be the same as if the work was completed during the week.

• Invoices are due for payment 14 days from the date of invoice.
• Invoices are to be paid via internet banking and these details are on our invoice.
• GST is additional to the hourly rate and to overseas clients GST is zero rated.

For large projects it is requested that 25% of the projected quote be paid as a deposit before transcription is commenced.
